90-Day Return Policy

We offer a 90-Day Return Policy from the date your order is delivered.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, the following conditions apply:

  • The return request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in good condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an appropriate refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Damaged, Faulty, or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, develops a fault, or appears to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vitaltrack.org.

To help us assess the issue quickly, we may request:

  • Photographs of the product
  • Video evidence demonstrating the fault
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number

Upon verification of the defect, we will, at our discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product free of charge; or
  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method

In cases involving confirmed defects, Vitaltrack will cover any applicable replacement shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns where:

  • The product has been intentionally damaged or misused
  • The product has been altered or modified
  • The return request falls outside the 90-day return period
  • Sufficient evidence of an alleged defect cannot be provided when requested

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

10-Year Limited Warranty

In addition to our 90-Day Return Policy, eligible Vitaltrack products are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
